Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements): This involves supervising the daily operations of residential group homes for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Provide Support: You will be responsible for ensuring individuals receive the necessary support to live as independently as possible within their community.
• Team Leadership: You will hire, schedule, lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Persons (DSPs) who work directly with the individuals.
• Quality Assurance: Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations are crucial aspects of this role.

Requirements:

• High school education completed or equivalency
• Driver's license
• Experience working with developmentally disabled individuals
• DSP, ADSP or CNA certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience as a Residential Specialist, House Manager or Supervisor
• Experience working in a residential setting, healthcare or adult care
• Positive attendance and performance record
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must pass a background check
